Pay per click marketing (ppc)

In case you’re misunderstanding or just unaware of the term PPC, otherwise known as pay-per-click, it refers to a type of marketing done search engines, social medias and basically anywhere you see advertisements. It’s an easy way people can generate traffic via ads buy paying for individual, unique clicks from people browsing said platform.

For example, when you’re searching for something on Google and you see something that is labeled “ad” then that means someone is promoting their product for you specifically based upon what you searched. And if you choose to click on that advertisement then the person who created that ad is paying for you to click it. Even if you don’t actually buy or interact with it itself. You just gotta hope people don’t accidentally click the ad because you’ll be paying for their mistake.

This means that they pay a certain amount of money depending on how many people see the advertisement, rather than click it. Another one is pay per conversion where you’ll be paying for people to actually interact with the sales page or landing page on the other side of the advertisements. There are a couple other way but that’s for a different discussion.

Depending on how successful your ad is, you’ll be able to knock the price down that your paying for clicks, Because Google recognizes that their is potential with said ad is helping you to achieve further success. Even if your PPC is very high you can still be making some good money using high ticket items. For example: if you are paying $7 for a single click and you’re going to make a $100 sale than you’ve made an amazing return on investment with the use of a simple ad.

Using PPC it’s extremely easy to get yourself some leads and sales because the cost at which to do so is relatively low if what your selling is worth more than the click. However with that being said, much like anything , it really comes down to how successful the campaign itself is in terms of conversions. PPC is also a really good way to get your brand name out their because people still see that ad even if they don’t click it so if they happen to see it later down the line they’re recognize it which increases chances of a sale or a lead.
